Domain expiration

    Hi,
    I’m writing here because i renovated my domain name (rociogonzalez.es) on 2nd December. WordPress has already charged on my bank account that recipe, but the statal registration agent of my country (Spain) has deleted my suscription to rociogonzalez.es because they said that wordpress hasn’t already paid them for the domain. Please, give me a solution because I feel duped and I’ve paid 13 euros. It’s the first time that this happen to me and I’m a bit nervous too because I haven’t found a direct contact e-mail with WordPress.

    Hi,
    When I checked your domain it shows an expiration date of 2016-12-08. I was able to visit and navigate around rociogonzalez.es.

    This domain troubleshooting tool shows there’s a problem with the name servers, though. I suggest contacting your registrar to have ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com removed.
