Domain Expiration

Our blog says that the domain we have is expired however it doesnt expire until october of 2016. How can we get this issue resolved as quickly as possible as we need this blog up and running for our business? the error on the screen reads: UH-Oh! Your blog’s domain: medical-marketing-service.com expired 6 days ago!
when i click on the Renew Now button below this it takes me to a blank page and i cant go any further.

Be aware that companies, organizations and groups of any kind do not own blogs.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and renew any upgrades purchased for the site.

Then post again to let Staff know how you want to proceed.

The domain medical-marketing-service.com is not registered with WordPress.com, but with another host. However, the domain is mapped to a blog hosted by WordPress.com So, although the registration may not be up until October 2016, the domain mapping subscription expired six days ago and needs to be renewed.
@Timethief is correct. You do not have access to renew the mapping subscription because the it is associated with another account. Please contact the owner associated with the upgrade and have them renew the subscription, or have them post in this thread to verify ownership, and I’d be happy to assist them.

Hey darnelldibbles so what if we don’t have contact with the person who is the owner? IE someone set it up for us and hasn’t been handling the WordPress account for us for a bit of time.

I can e-mail the owner of the account and let them know that you are trying to renew the upgrade. That way, I can either get their permission to transfer the upgrade to your account or have them renew the upgrade themselves.

If you head to your Purchases page here:
http://wordpress.com/purchases/
And click on the domain mapping upgrade, you’ll be taken to a page where a dark blue bar at the top will have a ‘Renew Now’ link.
If you do not see that, can you please take a screenshot of what you do see and upload it to your Media Library?
