  Hi–I’d like to renew the domain for our site that’s set to expire on Oct. 17. The other site admin received a renewal notice from WordPress, but I would like to pay for the renewal this time. I don’t see that as an option in my Purchases dashboard. How can I pay for the domain renewal? Thanks!

  Is the domain part of a WordPress plan or is it registered through another register, such as GoDaddy?

  I would like to pay for the renewal this time. I don’t see that as an option in my Purchases dashboard.

  The domain thedolphintail.com is owned by another user of the site, lynnchristiansenesquer. Upgrades can only be renewed by the account that purchased them so you will need to login as lynnchristiansenesquer or ask them to renew the domain.

  If they no longer wish to pay for the renewal, they can transfer ownership of the domain to your account:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Domain renewal is included in a plan so they would need to contact us for help with transferring that to you.
