Domain expiration

  Hi, my domain ‘miasbakerycoffee.com expired some time ago and I cannot find any information on its status or how to retrieve it.
  Could you please help me?

  Hi there,

  The domain, miasbakerycoffee.com, is not expired. It is still registered with us, and only expires in July 2019. It was renewed on 19 June when the automatic renewal for the Personal Plan on your site was processed.

  However, our records show you filed a dispute against us with your bank for that payment, and the payment was returned to you on 9 August. When you do that you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and we get fined by our payment processor. So when we receive a chargeback for a payment, all upgrades are removed from the site, and the site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can see more information on this here:

  Chargebacks and Disputes

  Please go to My Site ->Plans, and click the link in the notice that appears on that page to pay the Chargeback fee. Once you’ve done that, buy a new plan for the site, but don’t try to add a domain.

  Once you’ve bought the plan, let me know here and I can restore the domain for you.
