Domain Expiration

    Hello,

    We allowed our domain to expire unintentionally. If we continue our subscription will our website appear as it did before expiration?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hey there, it looks like your plan expired, too. If you’ll renew that, then get in touch with support, they can check to see if a backup is available and get that restored for you. Then it will look the same as before.

    If that isn’t available, they can refund you. You’ll just want to get that taken care of ASAP since we don’t keep backups indefinitely.
