Domain Expiration

My domain was expired 9 days ago. I can’t find the renew button and I would like to renew it again.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and renew any upgrades at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

Ok thank you, I have read it. I am still in the grace period. I wait for the Staff assistance to know how to renew the domain.

You need to be logged in as the EXACT account that owns an upgrade to renew it – is there another account you or another person might have used to purchase the upgrade?

Hi @silviacabra,
As described previously, you need to be logged in as the owner of the upgrade in order to see the renew options. Have you tried logging in under a different account on the blog?
