Hi there,
After looking into your account, I found that your WordPress.com Premium account was renewed on January 29th. You can find these details by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard.
It looks like your domain is pointing to GoDaddy as seen here:

Are you no longer using your WordPress.com site? If not, I can remove the WordPress.com Premium upgrade and provide you a full refund.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Thanks for getting back to me. I am still using my WordPress account and will continue to do so; however, I want to make sure I need the Preimum account for what I am doing and am not just paying the extra cost. Can you help me with that?

Hi there,
Are you sure it’s not WordPress.org? To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog. WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.
Check here to learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org:
Currently, this is your WordPress.com site:
If you are self-hosted on WordPress.org, you would not need this WordPress.com Premium upgrade.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this!

Thanks for helping clarify.
I am definitely using WordPress.org. I am hosted through Go-Daddy on my WordPress.org website; however, I just upgraded to the Premium WordPress account. Is there a way to get a refund from this?
Best,

Hi Brynne,
Yes, of course :) I have provided you a full refund and removed the upgrade from your account as requested. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
