Domain expiration and support

Hello, I have been in contact with (email visible only to moderators and staff) for retrieve an expired domain. I have paid $98 to retrieve it after I was told it was still in the redemption period. I am not getting the help I need to re-open the domain and it has been weeks. I need immediate support. Thank you.
