Domain expiration – how do I get it back?
-
Hi,
My domain randomchapters.com expired, and I never was notified before it happened.
What are the steps to pay the 80 dollars redemption fee and wait for all the bidding process to get it back?
Thank you,
Is there a help line, someone we can chat/talk to at wordpress for such matters?

Oh no! It sounds like autorenew was not enabled. Your domain is not in redemption. For more information on what your options are after the blog has been transferred to your username account, please see this document. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Thanks timethief,
Already checked that help page, doesn’t say what the process is though.
I will wait for a staff answer then.
Patiently. :)

Not to worry as Staff will assist as soon as they work their way forward to this thread.

Hi there!
My colleague Jackie had indicated a month ago that the domain “randomchapters.com” isn’t registered under your account, but is owned by the user “fxparlay”.
If this is you, please log in as “fxparlay” and make a request here to have the doman restored from redemption. Thank you!

fxparlay is my wordpress account too,
So I have to log in as fxparlay and make a request through the support forum?

If this is you, please log in as “fxparlay” and make a request here to have the doman restored from redemption.
