Domain Expiration Locked Out of Account
-
Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been locked out of my old account ginabearsblog.wordpress.com.
I made a new account just so I could login and ask for support. I cannot access my old account http://www.ginabearsblog.wordpress.com as it says none of the emails exist on file and every time I try to recover the account, I get nothing.
My domain expired and I will gladly pay the fee to get my domain out of redemption. Please help me. I need my site back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there,
What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Apologies, we have another account with wordpress.org at kclrugby.co.uk which does not recognise the email when logging in
thanks -
Hi there,
The site kclrugby.co.uk appears to be a self-hosted, WordPress (also called “.org”) site.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
However, if you have access to the server control panel through your web host, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted, WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through the steps:

Also, you may wish to contact your hosting support team for direct assistance.
Thanks!
