Domain expiration severs email but leaves NO option to renew domain?!

    Hi,

    I have an urgent domain issue that has severed my email “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”

    I was under the belief that transferring “Qudosi.com” to “MuslimReformers.com” last year took the gmail email application too. It seems that wasn’t the case.

    The expiration on April 29, 2016 has just now completely severed my ability to receive emails, which has gravely impacted my ability to do business.

    However, qudosi.com is still taken if you try repurchasing it, and yet there’s no way on my wordpress backend to renew that domain. I have no idea how to fix this – and it needs be fixed quickly.

    This was my only email for 3 businesses

    ** Also, the email linked to this forum is the one that doesn’t work, so I can’t even get notifications of any comments or support in this post. This is beyond frustrating. The email I’m using until this is resolved is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    The domain expired in April, but was only now removed from our system, and it can take several more weeks before our registrar releases it before you’ll be able to register it somewhere else. So the best option is to try and recover the domain, which should still be possible at this point.

    I’ve sent you an email with more information, including a link to pay for the renewal. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
