Domain expiration with auto-renewal

  If I have auto-renewal why I have I received an email telling me that my domain is set to expire?

  Hello there! Your domain is set to expire on August 22, 2015. It appears as if you were charged twice for the same renewal, but I am unsure why that happened. I have refunded the duplicate charge of $18. I also checked for you and can confirm you are set up to auto-renew. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks!
