  I renewed my expired domain and my website still isn’t appearing

  Hi there,

  It looks like the domain mapping was indeed renewed. However, it doesn’t look like the name servers on the domain are pointing to WordPress.com. Can you login to your registrar (looks like Register.com) and point the name servers to WordPress.com as described here?

  I verified with my account, I paid the $13 and went through the very long and confusing process of mapping my domain to wordpress. I have renewed my domain and paid everything I had to and still my website is not appearing. It would be very appreciated if I can speak to someone over the phone so that this issue can be resolved much faster. Is there a phone number to directly contact wordpress support? This is an extreme inconvenience for me. Thank you.

  We don’t currently offer support over the phone, but I’m happy to help you here. We can definitely get this resolved.

  So, everything is setup. The only remaining issue is to point your name servers for your domain to WordPress.com. The process for doing this is described here:

  You’ll need to login to your registrar and change the name servers to the following:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Currently, they’re set as the following:

  sk.s5.ans1.ns148.ztomy.com
  sk.s5.ans2.ns148.ztomy.com

  You can think of name servers like directions that tell your domain where to look for information.
