However it said that it was taken. I think it still waiting me to renew it.

Hey there,
If you are the owner of the domain, you should be able to renew it in the ‘Manage Purchases’ section of your personal settings.Once done you can go back in and check your plan or domain’s status in the same section.

There is no more items of my domain. I think it’s in the redemption period. How long will it be released?

Hi there,
It looks like your domain might not be in redemption yet, so we might still be able to get it back for you without additional fees. However, I’ll only know for sure once I hear back from our domain provider, so I’ll let you know once they reply to the email I just sent them.
Meanwhile I’ve sent you a link via email to pay for the renewal of the domain. Please pay that as soon as you can to enable us to get your domain back before it enters redemption.
