Hi there,
I see that October 25, 2013, you purchased a domain mapping upgrade here at WordPress.com for your domain maryamovais.com. That domain mapping upgrade is still valid through October 25, 2014. However, the domain name itself isn’t registered with us.
To keep using your domain, you also need to renew the domain name with your domain registrar. I looked up your domain in the WHOIS database, and it looks like your domain registrar is Tucows Domains:
http://who.is/whois/maryamovais.com
You will need to contact your domain registrar for further help renewing your domain.

This is what I have got response from them can you help me with this
Message I have copy and paste to youDear Ovais,
Thanks for contacting Vistaprint, where it’s easy to make an impression for less.
The new provider changed the technical details and not the admin details,.
The domain is in the redemption period yet we are unable to change any detail on the domain.
We are asking you to contact the new provider to change all the details after the redemption period and renew the domain.
Apologies

“Redemption” means that the domain has expired, but you still may be able to get it back.
I can’t help you with that directly, so you will need to contact Vistaprint (who it sounds like you bought the domain through?) for assistance, as this lies outside of our system.
Sorry I a not able to help directly in securing your domain.

In this case is it possible to have my money refund becaue I paid when I ve done the mapping of my website with wordpress on 27th October?
-
It is possible to issue a refund for any purchase made within 30 days (except domain registration, which is limited to 48 hours) but beyond that I am not able to help, sorry.

Who exactly have this so I can get it backUnfortunately, there is nothing I can do on my end to help you get your domain back.
As you can see by visiting this link, it is registered with Tucows Domains Inc. and not WordPress.com:
http://who.is/whois/maryamovais.com
The upgrade you purchased here was for domain mapping, which allows a domain you have registered elsewhere to work with a site you have here (by removing the “.wordpress.com” address from your URL. It is not the same as registering your domain with us however, and you still need to pay the appropriate fees with your registrar to maintain your domain.
I am not sure why Vista Print is having you contact us, but to resecure your domain, you will need to contat the registrar above, as it is in their system, and not ours.
Let me know if you have any questions.
