  PLEASE HELP! My domain expired and I cannot renew it. Why? How can I renew it?

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address. That person is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account and who purchases and renews the upgrades for the blogs registered under their username account

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

  Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
