  Contacting support at WordPress.com plain sucks. My domain expired and I was never given any notification, I’ve got zero problem paying my bill but I need to receive it first. Is there any possible way I can contact a human being at WP?

  The site you supplied is still up and working.
  .wordpress.com sites are free in comparison to a custom domain that ends in .com

  Is it possible that you had a different upgrade that expired?
