Domain Expired

    Hi, When visiting my blog (bcalandscape.co.uk) I am receiving a message that the domain has expired 10 days ago and there is a button to renew. However when I click the button it is taking me to a page with no (obvious) option to renew.

    There may be an issue that this domain was originally registered with one of our employees that has new left, Sarah Watts.

    Can you please advise me on how to proceed and update our domain.

    Yes, you do not see the option to renew because it is under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. Is it possible to gain access to Sarah’s account or Sarah herself? All she would need to do is post in this thread giving us consent to move the
