Domain Expired

  Hello there!

  Our domain expired and we would like to extend it. It is currently in the ‘grace period’, but the renewal option is unavailable.

  We probably need WP admins to help out with this one. Thanks!

  Hi, the domain is so recently expired that you can renew it yourself still. What you’ll need to do, though, is log in as the username who originally purchased the domain. It has to be renewed by the owner of the upgrade.

  Hi Andrew,

  The trouble is, whenever I click on the “renew now”, and then “Payment Settings” button, it takes me to a page offering upgrades to Premium and Business plans. That happens with an account from which I’ve registered the domain.

  Any idea why this happens?

  Hmm, not sure why that would be happening. Can you try logging in under the account that purchased things and contacting us directly?

  A live chat form should be available on that page and this may be easier to work out over chat than through the forum. Thanks!
