Domain expired

  Hi there, my domain expired on June 16th and I now want to renew my domain. I can’t find an option to renew just the domain without upgrading to a plan – I cancelled my plan on the same day. Can I please renew just the domain bcausearts.com, so I can transfer it elsewhere? If so, how do I do this?

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
