Domain Expired

  I manage a website with multiple admins and our domain has recently expired. I am not the subscriber to the domain name. How can I a) renew the domain name before it is lost or b) become the subscriber to the domain name?

  Hi there,

  Do you know the user who is the subscriber of the domain? If so, I would get in touch with them and have them renew the subscription. Or, if you are in charge of renewing the domain yearly, I would have them transfer the domain over to you. I can assist you al in the transfer if that is what you all decide.
