Domain Expired

  My domain expired and I forgot to re-new it. Is there any way I can get it back? What is the process for this?

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any domain upgrades, expired or otherwise, in your account. What is the domain in question? If you had bought the domain using a different account, I’ll need you to reply here as that account before I can start the recovery process.

  I’ve replied to you via the email you sent. In future, please don’t open multiple threads and don’t reply to your own threads you’ve already created, as that can actually make it take longer to get a reply – each new message you send moves your ticket to the back of the queue, meaning we don’t see it first when we work through the queue.
