Domain expired

Hi,
My domain has expired two months ago. Before that I had transferred my website to wordpress.org and arranged new hosting with HostGator. I didn’t realise this wasn’t transferring the domain name automatically. How can I get back my domain name and transfer to Hostgator?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Staff need details to recover the domain.
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
