  My domain has expired for over 40 days. How do I get my domain back since renewal is no longer available ?

  Hi there,

  That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can get the recovery process started.

  I’ve sent you a payment link via email. Once we receive payment I’ll email our registrar to restore the domain, and from there it’s usually a day or two until the domain is active again. Should the recovery fail, your payment will be refunded in full.
