  Hello,

  My domain expired 20 days ago
  http://www.uniassist.org
  I have renewed my credit card and try to purchase
  But it doesn’t work
  Please help
  Can you please renew it online with my registered card?

  Hi there
  This document explains what happens when you allow your domain to expire. Hopefully you are still in the grace period.

  As time goes by, it gets more difficult (and expen$ive) to regain your domain.

  My domain http://www.3rdcitizen.com expired and went into the redemption period, but hasn’t been released yet. Is there a way to check when it will be released? Or how do I pay to retrieve it?

  So does mean that after 35 days, my domain will be back up for registration? Essentially the start of May?

  Hi Franck,

  Can you please renew it online with my registered card?

  At this stage, the domain can be renewed on your Manage Purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  If you click through onto the domain, you should see the option to ‘Renew now’. Does that work?

  Let me know how you get on.
