My Domain has expired and I need to save it.
    Please help

    mktgmichigan.com

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

    Hello
I am currently logged into my old account MKTGmichigan.com. My old name is nowhere to be found. Now it says the name is jdattolo.wprdpress. I didn’t make up that domain.

I have tried to update my subscription it doesn’t have anything to do with my old site. MKTGMichigan.com

Thank you for all your help

  • @jamieldattolo I’m sorry, the domain purchase was made through a different account. We’ll try emailing the domain owner.

  • There; I’ve sent an email. If you have multiple email accounts there, or if someone else in your company would have been the original purchaser, please check those other email addresses as well for our note.

The original purchaser doesn’t currently work at mktg if the email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff), (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have no way at looking at the emails from those addresses. The only valid email address currently is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you please help me get back the website? I am all over the website as the person to contact.
    Thank you

  • I have no way at looking at the emails from those addresses.

It is the third address you listed. Who administers email for your company? Can you ask them for help? If that’s a company address, there should be a way to check the account.

Alternatively, perhaps you could check the company card for the transaction ID from the last purchase on that account. Do not post it here if you have it, by the way. It’s private information, and we don’t have a way to automatically redact it like we do with the email addresses you shared. (I deleted your second comment; as staff I can see the addresses you shared in the first.)

If you do have the transaction ID from last year, let us know and we’ll reach out via email to get it.

All those email addresses aren’t currently active. They have all left the company. The emails should be bouncing back if you email any of them. The only working one left is mine. Can you please email me or call me? I would love to get this site up and running again. As for the credit card. They are all from my past employees I don’t have their old credit card number. Please help.

I have a receipt with receipt id. Can some please email me

  • As my colleagues have already said in this thread, we can only help the account that owns the domain with this, username, mktgmichigan.

Your company did not buy a domain from us. A specific individual did, and that individual is the owner of the domain. That individual is also owner of the site itself, and your account is not even a user on that site. So we cannot make any changes to that site or any upgrades on it at your request.

If you do not have access to the email address for that account so you can reset the password and log back in, then please submit our account recovery form providing another proof of ownership:

    Recover Your Account

If you’re unable to provide any of the verification required there, we won’t be able to help you.

  • I have a receipt with receipt id.

If you have a receipt from a past upgrade, please use the transaction ID, NOT the receipt ID, on that receipt, to verify your site ownership via the account recovery form.

I have the transaction Id. Where do I find the account recovery form?
    Thank you for your help

  • If you’ll let us know when you’ve submitted that, we’ll watch for it and make sure it’s looped into this request.
