  Helo, why i can’t renew my domain address kopimana27.com with this account. which previously the billing for that domain charge to this account.

  Hi there,

  Our records show that your domain is in the redemption period and we can still recover it if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.

  A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

  For that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

  If we are unable to recover your domain, your payment will be refunded. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee, you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price, once it has completely expired.

  Yes, even if your site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com you’ll be able to connect it and manage it through the WordPress.com dashboard. For that, you’ll need to install the Jetpack plugin:

  i’ve renew the domain, but i pay to map the domain too. and then now the domain still like before, waiting for renew or deletion?

  You can access the domain again from your WordPress.com website.

  You can find the domain from the My Site > Domains page.
