  Hi there, my domain expired and I need to renew. Please advise.

  Sorry to clarify,
  My domain http://www.optivieweyeclinic.com which is provided by wordpress.com failed to auto renew because the credit card is expired. Its been offline for only a day but I need help to get it back online.
  Hosting is by Hostgator

  By reading similar threads its possible the domain is in redemption. I will go ahead and agree to the fees in advance. Please try to get it going ASAP.

  Hi there,

  It looks like your domain might not be in redemption yet, and the Personal Plan you bought takes care of the renewal cost of the domain. So I’ve emailed our domain provider to restore your domain.

  There is a chance it might be in redemption but just not showing as such yet, but we’ll only know that once our domain provider replies to my email. We’ll let you know as soon as we hear from them.
