Domain expired

  Hi, I didn’t realize that my domain expired and I’m lost to how to get it back. Can anyone help me get to the right place to get it back. I know I’m going to have to pay the fee I just don’t know how to.

  Hi paytonnlee,

  paytonlee.co expired on 23rd September 2018. The domain can no longer be renewed through your account so I’ll need to contact our domain registrar and make a request for it to be restored.

  If the domain enters the redemption period between now and then, an $80 redemption fee will need to be paid in addition to the domain cost. I’ve sent a payment request for the domain, to the email address on your Account Settings page and will contact our registrar once your payment comes though.

  Your payment just came through so I’ve contacted our registrar. We usually hear back in 1-2 business days but I’ll let you know as soon as I receive a reply.

  Hey there! We heard back from our domain partner and your domain is on its way back in business. It looks like it’s still setting back up, so it may be a few hours before it works 100%, but it is back on your account. Let us know if you have any trouble with it!
