Please help me to reactivate my domain name (email visible only to moderators and staff) urgently. I am very sorry I did not renewed that in time as WordPress’ notifications emails were being sent to my spam folder. Only today I realised that my website was down and I need it to promote my business. I also request due to this involuntary issue that you waive any penalty or reactivation fees that may apply. Depending on whether the domain was registered here on WordPressdotcom and where it is in the expiration process, the domain registrar may impose another fee to recover the domain that WordPressdotcom cannot waive.

Hi there,
That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges an $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.
