  Hi there,

  My domain that I purchase​ through you guys has expired. Can you please assist me in getting this back up and running?

  Hi jkpcommunications,

  jkpcommunications.com expired on the 16th February 2019 and is currently in the redemption period, which is why there is no option to renew it through your account.

  At this stage, we can still try to recover jkpcommunications.com but an $80 redemption fee will need to paid in addition to the domain cost — I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page.

  Please reply here once you’ve paid, so I can contact our domain registrar and get the recovery process underway.

  I have now paid this redemption fee along with the domain cost.

  The receipt for this payment has been sent to me.

  Can you please contact your domain registrar to get the recovery process underway?

  I desperately need to my gmail emails back up and running – at present I’m not receiving emails due to my expired domain name.

  How long will this recovery process take?
