Domain expired

  I’m working on a website who’s domain expired an unknown period of time ago. Is it possible to recover this domain and the content if it hasn’t been purchased by another company?

  That domain name is registered at Dreamhost:
  https://www.whois.com/whois/petramtechnologies.com

  It looks like it’s always been with them and has not expired, but maybe their hosting expired. They should contact Dreamhost for help on domain recovery.

  The content appears to have been on Dreamhost servers, and so WordPress.com hosting does not have that to restore. Here’s a bit about the differences between WordPress software and WordPress.com hosting- https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
