HI, for some reason my domain expired without my knowledge. I haven’t received any email about this and now my email account is not working. Can you please assist ASAP?!

Hi there,
Although your domain expired, we may still be able to recover it at its regular renewal price of $18 and for that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.
Please note that if in the meantime your domain enters into redemption, then a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.
If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

I haven’t received an email from you just now. Can you let me know which email you are sending to? I am checking my hotmail one, but can’t find anything from you. the email from the domain is not accessible right now as it stopped working. (email visible only to moderators and staff) is inaccessible.

Actually I just changed my email to my gmail one, so please use this new email to reach me. (email visible only to moderators and staff) – hope I will hear from you soon, so we can get my domain back up asap.
