Domain expired

  My domain quit working TODAY. It is not supposed to expire until July 2020. I have been using it with Shopify for the last year and today it quit working. Please help asap.

  Your domain lillybugart.com expired on July 29. We sent several email warnings before it expired.

  This is great news.
  However, I need to transfer it to my Shopify site and I am getting this message:
  Transfer Domain
  Due to recent contact information updates, this domain has a transfer lock that expires on November 8, 2019. Learn more.
  How do I fix this???

  Hi –

  It’s not possible to transfer the domain for 60 days when updating details associated with it as you have described. So, what you can do instead is point the domain to your Shopify site. Ask them what name servers you should use.
