domain expired

    My domain ulmusicssoc.com has recently expired, I would like to get it back. Could you please assist?

  • Hi Anthony, do you mean ulmusicsoc.com ? Unfortunately it looks like it’s gone into redemption again.

    I’ll send an invoice and we can work to get it back for you. Please update us as soon as it’s paid.

    After that, would you consider setting up auto renewal, or, if your domain is with another host now, transfer it there it’s easier to remember to renew?

    Hi yes I will look to pay invoice asap. We will look to set up an auto renewal going forward, however last year I made the payment on October 24th and had the reminder set to do the same this year? Why did the domain expire early?

  • Hi there,

    So, your domain expired on 8/28 and your domain registration runs from August to August. So, your payment on 10/24 is a renewal from redemption, but that doesn’t actually change the August expiration date. So, once you pay for the redemption and renewal for example, the expiration will come up on August of 2020.

    You should received several emails regarding the upcoming expiration. Let me know if you have not seen them. Since you have a gmail address, WordPress.com emails are known to end up in your social tab if you have that enabled. I would also check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there. Either way, if you search for your domain in the general inbox search field, you should be to find the email we sent to you regardless of the folder or tab that it is in.

    Ok thanks for the clarification, can we start to process to get the company out of redemption? How do I go about paying the fee for this, I havnt received an invoice yet.
