Domain Expired

  Hi,

  My domain seems to have expired and I don’t see any option to renew it. It doesn’t seem to have been released yet as when I visit the url (mathyogi.in) it says the site is reserved. Is there any way to get back the domain?

  your domain mathyogi.in redirects to mathyogi.wordpress.com which is reserved for the user https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/mathyogi

  Hi @jyotibrata,

  It seems like the domain, together with the plan, renewed back in June and you’ve asked for the payment to be reversed. A dispute has now ended and a full amount refund was issued. Because of that, both the plan and the domain have been canceled.
  Was your idea to keep both the plan and the domain?

  Hi, I never actually asked for the payment to be reversed or intended to cancel the plan and domain. There was some confusion with the payment method, the card that was associated with my wordpress account was cancelled. Maybe that had something to do with this.

  Is there any way to get back both the plan and the domain?

  @jyotibrata The card owner claimed the charge was fraudulent.

  I did notice the domain itself is not registered through us, though. If the domain itself is expired, please reach out to the registrar you purchased it from.
