I keep trying to find a customer support email, but am unable to. Can I be emailed about this subject before providing any more information?

I checked and trickstrong.com is now in a redemption period. The charge is an $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $18 we charge to renew the domain. Please confirm here if you agree to pay the fees and I will begin the domain restoration process along with providing a manual payment.

I will have to agree in order to get my website reinstated. I wish the emails were a bit clearer. Due to the amount of spam I get from WordPress I ignore the emails. I recommend getting a way for the viewer to differentiate between spam and important messages..
