  Hi there,

  I paid to get my domain back this morning, but it isn’t operating yet.

  Can you please advise when it will be operational again?

  Please don’t create new forum threads on this topic. We are already helping you in https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/domain-name-2674/

  Your domain has been completely removed from our system and has gone into redemption with our domain provider, as my colleague explained to you in that thread. Restoring a domain from redemption is a manual process, and it will only start working again once our domain provider has recovered it from redemption and returned it to our account.

  We’ve already emailed them to request this, but it can take up to 48 hours from the time we email them until the domain is working again. We will update you in the thread at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/domain-name-2674/
  once we hear back from them.
