    Hello! I missed the notice that my domain was about to expire and now my site is down/ expired/disappeared. What steps do I need to take to get things back? Thanks so much, Elizabeth

    Hi Elizabeth, we’re happy to help. I don’t see any domains on this account, though. Can you log out and log back in with your other username? You may also be able to log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders.

    If you’re having trouble with that, can you please send a link to the domain?
