  My domain expired, how do I retrieve it?

  Hi, I’m going to see if there’s a way to get it back before it goes into redemption. We’ll update you here with news.

  I’m sending an invoice for the $18 renewal fee as well. Please pay that as quickly as possible. If it goes into redemption, there’s an extra $80 fee to retrieve it from the registrar.

  It normally takes a few business days, but with the weekend, it may take a bit longer. We should hear back from the registrar early next week. Otherwise, we’ll touch base with them again and will keep you updated.
