  The administration of my site changed a year ago and now the domain has expired. How do I renew it please?

  We can help, but we’ll need to see the request from the WordPress.com account which owned the domain, not the account you’re currently logged in to.

  You can use that transaction ID you just posted to recover access to the correct account by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
