Domain Expired

    Why did my domain expire with no notification? Can I get it back?

    Hi there,

    Of what domain are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domains with us.

    You used to have a domain with us, newportmesawellness.com, but you transferred ownership of that domain to another account, drjamurphy, in July 2020.

    We sent several domain renewal reminders to the email address on file for that other WordPress.com account, and also to the admin contact email that user specified for the domain registration. The first email was sent on 6 January, with subsequent emails in February, and multiple emails throughout March and up to 7 April. The domain expired on 6 April.

    Only that user has the ability to recover the domain at this point, so please ask them to reply to this thread if they still want the domain.
