Domain expired

    Hello, our domain has expired and we need to get it back, i cannot find a phone number for wordpress to contact them, it keeps forwarding here

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hi there!

    The domain you’d like to recover is currently in a state we call redemption. We can still recover it; however, an $80 fee is required:

    I will send an email with an invoice to the account that owns the domain. You’ll want to log out from nsar01, log back into the correct account, and comment here once the fee was paid. We’ll then start the recovery process.

    If the email is sent to a @northatssar.org domain it will not be received due to our emails not working as the domain isn’t working, can it be sent to the email registered on the account starting me@

    Hey there,

    nsar01 is not the account that owns or manages the domain. It is connected to another WordPress.com account that you will need to log into to confirm ownership. You shouldn’t need access to the email account in order to log into that account if you remember the login credentials.

    Otherwise, you will need to go thru the account recovery process as detailed in the last post.

    I’m afraid we can’t disclose any personal information. It might be best if you fill the Account Recovery form we linked above or look for a recent transaction ID and send it directly to passwordhelp@wordpress.com.
    Our support team will get back to you from there.

    Please look for the transaction ID and email our Account Recovery team directly. It will be the fastest and least frustrating option to renew your domain :)

    @frestatomica i have been paying for this domain since 2014, yet i dont own it? how quick is the account recovery? we are a small charity being very significantly impacted by this

    I’ve now tried to fill in the form above and got the below error message

    HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GET THIS BACK????

    we have had all the admins reply to this thread as you instructed, I have been paying for this since 2014

    i have spoken to my predecessor @West0 who has confirmed and shared the emails showing the domain transferred on 24th April 2016. these are from your “happiness engineer” Stef. i was the only person on the account then or @NSAR01

    I can share if you want (no idea how to share images here)

    So i should be the owner….. if as you say above i am not (despite paying for it) it has to be @aaronnsar who has replied above, as he came after me.

    honestly speaking im not fussed who owns it, I just want to pay the fee and get the search and rescue charities site and emails back up and running.

    please help us, we volunteer to go out and save lives, and this is not what we need to have had happen.
