Domain expired

    Its not an account recovery!, we need a domain recovered.

    I have emailed them in the hope someone can help us.

    We need to get a domain paid for, we made a mistake and forgot to renew it in time. I have been paying for it for years.

    is there not a phone number or chat we can speak to?

    we were told previously to have the admins reply to this thread we have done that.

    I understand this is frustrating, but the good news is that account ownership has been confirmed.

    I went back through this thread and noticed that @aaronnsar replied, who is the owner of the domain. The email connected to that account should’ve received a manual payment email from us that can be paid for us to start the domain redemption process. Please let me know if you did not receive that email, as it is still showing as unpaid on our end.

    Since our email system is down and cannot receive emails from outside the northantssar.org domain, I have not received the renewal email and cannot pay the redemption fee. I have since changed my email on the account to my personal one and would greatly appreciate it if you could resend it so we can resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

  • I have re-sent the payment request to the email address on the domain owner’s account.

    Once the payment is sent, please reply here to let us know, and we will send a note to our domain partner regarding northantssar.org. This process only takes about 2-3 days start to finish.
