Hello, how can I recover a domain originally registered through wordpress.com which did not auto renew and now is expired. We need the domain back please. The domain is evalouisewilliams.com
We have recovered and renew in the past. But find that your auto renewal system is not very efficient, it seems to not work.

We can still try to recover the domain but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee in addition to the regular $18 domain renewal cost. If you agree, I can send a payment request and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.
We have recovered and renew in the past. But find that your auto renewal system is not very efficient, it seems to not work.
We renew domains 30-days prior to expiration to avoid any cancellations due to payment problems. Pulling up your account, it looks like your bank was rejecting the charges starting in June. We would have sent you an email on each payment failure where you would have been prompted to update your payment details. When those details weren’t updated, the domain expired.
Once we recover the domain, you may want to contact your bank to let them know that charges from WordPress.com are valid transactions and they hopefully won’t block them next year. If they do, we will send you an email to let you know.
