Domain Expired

    My Domain expired and I need help retrieving it. This is the 5th or 6th time I have reached out. I did see replies to my previous request for help, but the link didn’t work. For the life of me I cannot get back to the page where I could see responses in the forum. I set up a temporary email, (email visible only to moderators and staff). Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, as I need to get my site and email back up.

    My email is attached to my domain, so it is down as well. I have a temporary email set up. (email visible only to moderators and staff). I just need a link so that I can ay the $80 and get my domain and email back. Thanks in advance for the help!

    We can only send the email to the email address on file for your account. If you need to use a different email address, you need to update your account email address first:

    https://wordpress.com/me/account

    You don’t need to have access to your current email to change it – just the one you want to change it to.

    Let us know when you’ve updated your account and we can resend that payment request.

  • Hi Mark! I can see the domain is working again, so it should start working for you as soon as the internet catches up with the changes.

    I also noticed the domain does not point to our services. If your new provider accepts incoming transfers, here’s how you can move it to their services:
    https://wordpress.com/support/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

    That way your billing will be in one place, which can make this sort of situation easier to avoid. Or, if you intended to run the site here instead, please let us know so we can help you get the domain properly pointed to our hosting services.
