    Good afternoon. I am writing to you from 66 rpm, we have the domain of our website and email with you, 66-rpm.com. Apparently it has expired and is inactive, we had no news of it. We need to reactivate it, can you help us? Thanks.

    From what I can see you last renewed 66-rpm.com on 11/27/2021. However I do not see a renewal in 2022, and can confirm that 66-rpm.com has expired due as there was no payment. We send several renewal emails and notifications to the email address shown here, but it’s possible they may be blocked or incorrectly labeled as spam: https://wordpress.com/me/account/

    Hey,

    Thanks for the reply. I can’t find the invoice to pay for the renewal in my email. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have looked in the spam folder and there is nothing. Can you send it back to me?

    Correct, that is the address we used since you have set it as your account email here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/

    I have sent a new one, so that you will hopefully see it at the top of your inbox. If it does not show up please search for the following subject line:

    Payment request from Automattic Inc.

    You can also search for email from “wordpress.com” since we use that address in sending out all our email.
