  Hello,
  my domain (ninedotsstudio.com) had expired, when I try to get it again it says I need to contact support.

  Howdy –

  When a domain enters redemption we then require help from our domain partner to get it restored. They charge us an $80 fee for that process. Our portion is $18. In total, you will need to agree to a $98 renewal fee. I have sent that invoice to you via email. Write back to us here once it has been paid and we will get the ball rolling on this process.

  It typically takes 2-3 days to hear back from them and get the domain reinstated.

  Are you still planning to host this domain with GoDaddy going forward? Our personal plan is $4/month. It would allow you to focus on your content and business while our team handles the heavy lifting on the back end of the site.
