Domain Expired

    My domain has expired and I can’t register it again or see an option to make a payment towards this. Also can’t chat to a human about this issue so a bit stuck. Any ideas how to fix?

    Hi there – I see you have a ticket open with our billing department. You’ll need to continue to work through that ticket. I will share that it looks like you initiated a chargeback. We have some information here on how to work through that and try to get this back on track. Closing this topic now in favor of working with you through the billing dept. ticket that’s open.
