My renewal was sent to an old email i no longer monitor so i missed the renewal, there appears to be no purchase history and i have lost access to my dashboard, I was paying for support but the AI robot just scrolls i need to speak to a real person who can fix, as all automated fixes do not work

my account is this “snailtrainer30506ad8f8” not sure if that is correct as it says ive been a member since 2020, when i actually created this website in 2014 !!

Your account hasn’t been hacked. For some reason you have created more than one account. Staff will need to know the username/name of the account and the name of the domain you created in 2014. Have you tried logging out of this account and logging in to the correct account? Then you’d be able to update your email details.
